Privacy Policy
This privacy notice is for Hyperrealism UK by Mary Spence ('we', 'us' or 'our'). It explains how and why we collect, store and use ('process') your personal information when you visit milliondollarbrows.co.uk, request a voucher, guide or mock-up, pay online, or message us on WhatsApp or social media.

Summary
- We collect the details you give us (name, email, mobile, photos and messages) so we can respond to you, book you in and, if you ask for the Brow Guide, email it to you.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- We only send you marketing emails if you have asked for the Brow Guide or otherwise opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- We don't sell your data.
1. What information do we collect?
Information you give us
- Forms on this website (£50 New Client Voucher, Free Brow Guide, Free Personalised Brow Mock-up): your name, email address and, for the voucher and mock-up, your mobile number.
- WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Messenger: your name or profile, phone number, the messages you send and any photographs of your brows. Photos and anything you tell us about your health, medication or hair loss may be sensitive (health) information. We only use it to assess suitability and advise you, and we process it with your consent.
- Payments: when you pay online, Stripe collects your payment details and billing information. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, what it was for and your name and email address. We do not receive your full card details. See Stripe's privacy notice at stripe.com/gb/privacy. If you choose Klarna, Klarna's own terms apply.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
2. How do we use your information?
- To respond to your enquiry, assess suitability, provide a mock-up and arrange your appointment.
- To take payments and keep the financial records we are required to keep.
- To email you the Free Brow Guide and, where you have opted in, occasional brow-related emails and offers.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and fraud.
3. Our legal bases
- Consent: emailing you the Brow Guide and marketing, and handling any health information you share. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Steps at your request / contract: replying to voucher and mock-up requests, taking bookings and payments.
- Legitimate interests: website security and preventing spam.
- Legal obligation: keeping accounting and tax records.
4. Who do we share your information with?
We only share personal information with the service providers we use to run the business. They process it on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security and the Turnstile check that stops automated form spam.
- Kit: stores the details you submit in our forms and sends our emails (including the Brow Guide).
- Stripe (and Klarna, if you choose it): online payments.
- Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger): the messaging channels you choose to contact us on.
- Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay, an EU company): our website loads its typefaces from Bunny Fonts, which means your IP address is sent to Bunny when a page loads.
We may also disclose information where the law requires us to.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers are based in, or process data in, countries outside the UK, including the United States. Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy arrangement.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one small item in your browser (local storage) to remember that you've seen or dismissed the voucher pop-up, so we don't show it again. It contains no personal information. Cloudflare Turnstile may store small amounts of data in your browser to tell people from bots.
7. How long do we keep your information?
- Email list (Kit): until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details.
- Enquiries and messages: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting appointments, and then deleted or archived when no longer needed.
- Payment records: for the period the law requires (currently six years for tax records).
8. Children
Our services are not directed at anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think we have, please contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, object to how we use it, and ask for a copy of it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
